In the Music and Technology module, you will gain a basic knowledge of music notation software and essential aspects of recording studio operations. You will become familiar yourself with the steps involved in music production and live electronics and design your own project with multimedia components for a live performance on stage.

The aim is to enable you to work confidently and flexibly with digital media in areas relevant to you and to reflect critically on the phenomena of digitalisation. You will develop artistic questions, solutions and visions, including for new scientific and technical approaches and their possible applications.

Out of the box

In the annual Out of the box concert, the project works are presented as musical performances in the university's orchestra hall.
