As an employee or student, you will have received your personal access details from Human Resources or Student Services. Please note that the different accesses have differently managed passwords:

You only need a single SSO ID for almost all NUM IT services.
Use it to log in to the following:
- WLAN (eduroam)
- Intranet
- CAS
- Moodle
- Library
Username: your SSO identifier (e.g. doejo or doeja1234, where the last four digits are your matriculation number).
Your SSO password also applies to your email account.

Can I read my emails via the webmail?
Yes, via the webmail:

Can I use my own email programme or smartphone?
Yes, for example Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iOS or Android.

Outgoing emails (SMTP)
- Server: groupware.rrze.net
- Username: your university email address
- Password: SSO password
