News Success Anna Helgert wins academy place with the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden

Anna Helgert, who is currently studying viola in Prof. Florian Richter's class, won the audition for the orchestra academy "Giuseppe Sinopoli" of the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden. She will be a member of the academy for two seasons from December 2023. Our warmest congratulations!

Anna Helgert received her first lessons at the age of five. In 2016, she was accepted as a junior student at the Schloss Belvedere Music High School, the gifted center of the Franz Liszt School of Music in Weimar, where she was taught by Prof. Krüger and Prof. Leser.
Since October 2019, she has been studying viola with Prof. Florian Richter at the University of Music in Nuremberg. Anna Helgert has been a member of various festival orchestras and the "Deutsche Streicherphilharmonie" and has won prizes at national and international solo and chamber music competitions, such as the "King's Peak international music competition".
