From March 30 to April 1, representatives of European music universities met at the AEC European Platform for Artistic Research in Music (EPARM) 2023 at the Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen and online to discuss current projects and concepts for the further development of artistic research in music.
Sebastian Trump, assistant professor for artificial creativity and music interaction at Nuremberg University of Music, presented his research on interactive musical AI systems and outlined possible ways in which artificial intelligences could become partners in the artistic research process.
