News Success Young student Leni Schneider-Strittmatter wins special prize at "Jugend musiziert"

We would like to congratulate Leni Schneider-Strittmatter, a young student in Prof Alice Morzenti's class and the youngest member of the flute class, on her success at the 62nd national competition "Jugend musiziert" (WESPE — Weekend of Special Prizes) competition in Schwerin.

Having already won first prize at national level in the 'Transverse Flute and Piano' category, Leni has now been honoured again, together with pianist Denis Pușca, in the 'Best Interpretation of an Original Work' category for her performance of Pușca's 'Romance and Scherzo in B minor'.
Alongside her studies, Leni is a member of the Landesbundesjugendorchester Baden-Württemberg, performing regularly in projects and concerts.
