Stella Heutling discovered the oboe at the age of ten and quickly fell in love with music. As a teenager. As a teenager she studied with Barbara Hintermeier and later with Irene Draxinger. In 2019, she began her bachelor's degree at the Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy Academy of Music and Theatre in Leipzig in the class of Professor Nick Deutsch and graduated with distinction in 2024. During a year abroad in Israel, she studied with Dudu Carmel at the "Buchmann-Metha" music school in the academic year 2021/22. Since autumn 2024, Stella has been continuing her master studies with Professor Clara Dent-Bogányi at the Nuremberg University of Music.
She has gained orchestral experience as an intern with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and has played as a substitute with orchestras such as the Leipzig Symphony Orchestra and the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra. In 2018, she was awarded second prize in the national "Jugend musiziert" competition.
The special world of chamber music has accompanied Stella from the very beginning. During numerous music holidays in the Bavarian Forest and on the Jolimont in Switzerland, she was able to gain valuable experience in chamber music as a teenager. She is now a founding member of the young wind quintet "ariaventus ensemble".
Františka Matoušková (b. 2001) has been playing the oboe since the age of eight. Her first teachers were Vladimír Hanuš and Kristina Šalšová, both from ZUŠ Šimáčkova in Prague.
Then she was a student at the Prague Music High School (GMHS), where she was taught by MgA Pavel Tylšar. From 2021 to 2023 she attended the Prague Conservatory, where she studied with MgA. Vladislav Borovka and MgA. Pavel Tylšar studied. In 2023, she successfully passed the entrance exams for the Prague Academy of Music (HAMU) and the Nuremberg University of Music. She decided to study in Nuremberg, where she now studies in the class of Clara Dent-Bogányi.
Competitions:
In 2012 she won the first prize in the ZUŠ competition.
In 2015, 2016 and 2017 she won the first prize at the Summer Doublereed Academy competition. In 2018 and 2021 she won second place.
She won the first prize at the Pardubice Wind Competition in 2015, the second prize in 2017 and the first prize in 2019.
In 2016 she performed as a soloist with the FOK Orchestra as part of the project "Young Talents for Josef Suk".
In 2018 she participated in the EUMPS chamber music project in cooperation with the Adalbert Stifter Music High School in Linz.
In 2018 she was the absolute winner of the Conservatory Competition in Teplice and in 2019 she performed as a soloist with the North Bohemian Philharmonic Orchestra in Teplice. In 2023 she will perform as a soloist at the Afyonkarahisar Music Festival in Turkey. This year she was again invited to give a recital there.
She is very interested in chamber music - she is a co-founder and member of the Ensemble Symbolique, with which she performed in 2021 at the Talent Stage concert in the Suk Hall in Rudolfinum as part of the International Dvořák Prague Festival
thanks to her placement in the international competition Concertino Praga.
She is also a member of the Prague Conservatory's Oktoťátka octet, with which she won first prize at the Camerata Teplice competition in 2023. Františka Matoušková also has a lot of experience as an orchestral player. Thanks to her participation in the Czech Student Philharmonic, she was able to play under the
direction of Marko Ivanović and Semjon Byčkov.
Anna Szűcs (born 2001 in Békéscsaba, Hungary) received her first music lessons at the age of 7. She began playing the oboe with Csilla Székács in the 4th grade. As a young student she took part in national competitions in Hungary, winning 1st prize in 2017 and 3rd prize in 2018. In 2019 she won the 2nd prize at the IV. Danubia Talents International Music Competition in Budapest and she made it to the final of the 19th Danubia Talents International Music Competition in Budapest.
After graduating from high school, she decided to begin her studies at the Basel Music Academy with Prof. Emanuel Abbühl. Since the winter semester of 2023, Anna has been studying in Prof Clara Dent-Bogányi's class at the Nuremberg University of Music.
She gained orchestral experience in the Kodály Zoltán World Youth Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra Komitat Békés and the Youth Symphony Orchestra of the Regio Basiliensis. She has also played as a substitute in various projects with NeoKlasik orchestr and Neues Musikalisches Forum.
She attended masterclasses with Jean-Jacques Goumaz, Fabien Thouand, László Hadady, József Kiss, Sanja Romič, Márta Gulyás and Luis Fernando Pérez as part of a chamber music course.
