Soprano Annemarie Koller initially studied to become a music and German teacher at the University of Regensburg. She completed her Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance with a focus on artistic pedagogy under Rebecca Martin at the Nuremberg University of Music. She also completed her Master of Music in Concert Singing under the tutelage of KS Prof. Brigitte Geller in 2026. During her time in Nuremberg, she took song interpretation lessons with Holger Berndsen and Prof. Marcelo Amaral, and also studied early music with Prof. Knut Schoch.
Alongside her university studies, Annemarie Koller received additional vocal training through coaching sessions and masterclasses with Katja Stuber, Prof. Werner Güra, Prof. Teru Yoshihare, Prof. Sabine Lahm, Prof. Daniela Sindram, and Prof. Dr. Martin Vacha, among others.
The soprano has appeared in several roles on the opera stage, performing works ranging from the baroque to the contemporary. As a concert soloist, she recently performed Fauré's "Requiem" and Pergolesi's "Stabat Mater" with the Regensburg Chamber Orchestra at their New Year's Eve concert.
She gained experience in ensemble work with Peter Dijkstra during her studies. She is also a member of the Ensemble Naumann (Augsburg) and the LauschWerk Ensemble (Munich). Annemarie also organises concerts and regularly designs innovative concert projects in the East Bavarian region with her own ensembles. Her repertoire ranges from early music to contemporary works.
She works as a vocal teacher in the Regensburg area and is also a lecturer in vocal studies at the University of Regensburg.
In 2025, she won first prize in the Professional Voice category at the Fanny Mendelssohn International Competition. In 2024, she was a MozartLabor scholarship holder in Würzburg.
